As Labor Day approaches, it always signifies a new beginning for me. This is the moment when I transition from the carefree mindset of summer to the more contemplative and softer energy of autumn. One technique that I truly cherish for this shift is grounding. By grounding myself, I can fully embody my personal energy, establish a sense of security within my surroundings, and connect deeply with intuition.
And so, I am excited to present this September class series aimed at helping us reestablish a connection with our intentional sense of self. Through this series, we will recalibrate our energy and establish a strong foundation to navigate our days with purpose and resiliency.
What to Expect
Starting on September 12th, this series will run every Tuesday for a total of four weeks. At the beginning of each week, you will receive an email containing a link to the respective video class for that week, along with reflective prompts and self-study resources. These 40-60 minute videos are pre-recorded and can be accessed at your convenience.
Each video consists of three distinct sections:
An introductory lecture covering essential aspects like the concept of grounding, its purpose, methods of practice, and strategies for enhancing it.
A guided meditation designed to help you settle your energy and establish an inner connection.
A tarot reading aimed at fostering self-study and mindfulness throughout the week.
